It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Mrs Lesley Calderbank, one of our former Head teachers. Mrs Calderbank joined Sutton as Deputy Head and was promoted to Headteacher a few years later. Mrs Calderbank served the Sutton community with great distinction and always acted in the best interest of the students at the school. She left the school in 2004, having served as Headteacher for 7 years, to become Headteacher of Marple Hall School in Stockport. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends at this time.
