Today, Year 8 student Joshua Tatlock is on his way to collect a National Communication Award for his PiXL Edge communication task at Central Hall, Westminster. He was nominated by his form tutor for creating a YouTube channel to help people completing tasks on a computer. From this he won a regional award at Hope Academy in July. The judges were so impressed he was then nominated and won the award for the best communication task nationally. Josh is in for a great day and is being accompanied by his mum, friend Joshua Brown and Achievement Leader, Mr Silcock.
