Johnny Vegas and his academy Guestlist
21.07.2011On Wednesday 6th July 2011, our sixth form students and the Drama Team were invited to The Citadel, where they had an exclusive, secret preview of Johnny Vegas’ Hilarious new stage play, ‘And another thing”, starring himself, Emma Fryer (Ideal) and Kevin Eldon (Hot Fuzz).
Although the whole experience was quite surreal, watching 3 highly acclaimed actors on stage, nervously doing a run through of their play for us - that hadn’t yet been seen by any other audience. We were equally appreciative of the opportunity to watch live action on stage (warts and all)! We really enjoyed the occasion and had a great laugh!
Afterwards, we had the opportunity to meet and chat to Johnny, who thanked us all for coming; our students thoroughly enjoyed the performances - and the play as a whole. Our students, as always were an absolute credit to us.
