Tomorrow's Teachers

Last week, a group of our Sixth Form students who have taken part in the Tomorrow’s Teachers Programme this year had their graduation ceremony at Edge Hill University.

The students have spent the year learning about education, classroom management, and lesson planning, as well as doing placements as teaching assistants within the academy, and in other schools.

The students received their certificates from Dr Louise May, from Edge Hill, and following the successful completion of the programme have now been guaranteed an interview for a teaching training course at the university.
