Sutton Celebrates Success at the St Helens Secondary Schools Boccia Competition

Our Year 9 Gold class represented the Academy brilliantly last week at the St Helens Secondary Schools Boccia Competition, showcasing exceptional skill, teamwork, and determination throughout the event.

With eight teams competing from schools across the borough, we are incredibly proud to announce that both Sutton teams achieved outstanding results — securing 1st and 2nd place in the tournament! 

This fantastic achievement highlights not only the talent within our Year 9 Gold class but also their commitment to supporting one another and performing at their very best. Their hard work and positive attitude were clear to see, and they were excellent ambassadors for the Academy.

A huge well done to every student who took part — you have done yourselves and Sutton proud.
