The academy uses a cashless catering system which uses biometric (finger scanning) technology. The aim of this is to develop a more efficient system which has many other advantages. These include alleviation of many of the problems associated with cash in academys, e.g. loss, theft and bullying and discourage the misuse of dinner money through spending in shops outside of the academy.

Year 7 - Dining Room 1 (12.10 pm - 12.40 pm)
Year 8 - Dining Room 1 (1.10 pm - 1.40 pm)
Year 9 - Dining Room 2 & The Plaza (1.10 pm - 1.40 pm)
Year 10 - Dining Room 2 (12.10 pm - 12.40 pm)
Year 11 - Dining Room 2 & The Plaza (1.10 pm - 1.40 pm)
(Please note: After Easter Year 11 will change from Break-B/Lunch-B to Break-A/Lunch-A each day. This is to allow for effective afternoon timings for the Year 11 GCSE summer examinations.)
