Celebrating Our Best-Ever GCSE Results
Students and staff at The Sutton Academy are celebrating a record-breaking year after achieving the best GCSE results in the academy's history.
The outstanding results reflect the hard work, determination and ambition shown by students throughout their time at the academy, as well as the unwavering support provided by teachers, staff and families.
This year's success demonstrates The Sutton Academy's continued commitment to high expectations and academic excellence, ensuring every student is supported and challenged to reach their full potential.
Among the academy's highest achievers were:
- Abbie Rooney, who achieved an exceptional eight Grade 9s and one Grade 8
- Hayden Battle, who secured five Grade 9s, three Grade 8s and one Grade 7
- Isabella Turner, who earned four Grade 9s, three Grade 8s and two Grade 7s
- Harrison Hill, who achieved three Grade 9s, three Grade 8s, one Grade 6 and two Distinction* grades
The academy praised all students for their dedication and resilience in achieving such impressive outcomes, with staff highlighting the positive attitude and determination shown by the year group throughout their studies.
