Students visit to Teardrops
Students spend the day putting together hampers for the Teardrops charity.
Our Student Voice recently sent out a plea for each tutor group to put together a hamper/gift bag to include items such as non-perishable foods, toiletries, toys and presents. The response was amazing!
On Tuesday 17th December, the group went along to the Teardrops charity to deliver what they had collected over the past few weeks.
Whilst there the students and staff spent the day putting together hampers for families to enjoy over the Christmas break. The group worked alongside other schools including De La Salle, Parish Primary, Wargrave Primary and Cowley. Everyone had a great time and achieved so much in one day that will benefit many families this Christmas.
Thank you to all our amazing students who represented the academy, and to everyone who kindly donated.
