We would like to share with you some fantastic news regarding Year 9 student Lewis S who performed at the North of England Championships recently.

He has broken the Warrington AC club record for the 2nd time this season and his time puts him inside the top 40 UK all time rankings for the event. He is currently ranked 2nd in the U.K. Considering he has hardly trained properly for the last 5 weeks due to injury this is an amazing achievement. He will be competing in the National Championships next weekend at The English Institute of Sport (Sheffield) and hoping to gain his first National Championship Medal. Lewis's family and everyone at the academy are incredibly proud of his achievements, and look forward to following his further success.
