Students design logo for Lucam Lives

Students have designed the new logo for Lucam Lives - the supported living arm of Lucam Consultancy.

Lucam Lives recently passed the rigorous registration process to provide supported living services to the local St Helens community. This service is primarily aimed at those with learning disabilities or mental health issues who require extra support to live independently and with dignity. Lucam Lives wanted the logo to represent the pride they possess for their work within the local St Helens community and its surrounding areas.  Lucam Lives approached our art department with the idea for a logo design
competition.

Sue Haunch, director of Lucam Lives, wanted the new logo to have a personal connection to the
local community, representing the passion and connection Lucam Lives has for the area and its
residents. Our art department loved the idea and were eager to get on board.

Several students participated in the competition, and the winners - Amy H, Lewis G, and Harvey H - will have their designs become the permanent logo of the new branch.

The competition was held in June for all ages and produced a great deal of brilliant, inspired ideas.  In the end, choosing a single entry proved too difficult, so three entries were selected as winners.  These winning entries will be combined into the final logo.

The winning students all received vouchers for their efforts, alongside having their work become a permanent fixture of a local business.

Well done to you all.
