Year 12 business students have linked with Specsavers to learn about customers and communication in their St Helens store.

The students have been been visiting the store to experience life as a retail worker and gain insight into how the business operates and the service the customer receives.

St Helens Specsavers have been hosting the students for work experience to enhance their knowledge and understanding of customer care in a real life work environment. The opportunity has been valuable in helping the students write their coursework.
