We have a clear approach to Attitude to Learning grades based on clear standards and high expectations. It is our belief that if students consistently show a positive Attitude to Learning, there will be direct benefits to their achievement. The key principles to our Attitude to Learning approach is that every student is valued and encouraged to develop a sense of responsibility for their own learning and progress.

In addition to the Attitude to Learning grade for each subject in your child’s Tracking Report, you will also see an Average Attitude to Learning score, together with a Year Group Rank. This is designed to give you an idea of where your child’s Average Attitude to Learning score puts them in relation to the rest of their year group.
